We operate under the Modern SACS Award 2010 and the Hospitality Award 2010 however we strive to be an employer of choice with our employees offered above award remuneration & conditions. Conditions include five weeks pro rata annual leave for our permanent staff with 17.5% Leave loading paid on all five weeks. Access to 14 weeks maternity leave (in addition to the Governments Paternity Leave Scheme). Salary Sacrifice options are available to permanent employees decreasing your tax liability and increasing your take home pay (conditions apply)
